Defenceman Paul Postma who played parts of two seasons with the Hitmen (2007-08 to 2008-09) was called up by the NHL's Winnipeg Jets today. Postma scored 23 goals in his final season in Calgary setting a franchise record for most goals in a season by a D-man.
He is in the Jets lineup tonight on the road in New Jersey wearing number 38. It's his second career NHL game after suiting up once last season for the Atlanta Thrashers. He finished the game with 13:37 of ice time and one shot on goal.
