Calgary at Moose Jaw

The Calgary Hitmen (11-10-1-1) play game two of a five game road trip tonight in Moose Jaw against the Warriors (14-7-2-0).  Internet Broadcast on sportsnet960.ca starts at 6pm MST.  The Hitmen are coming off last nights 6-3 win in Brandon while Moose Jaw last played on Sunday dropping a 7-6 OT decision to those same Wheat Kings at home.

Tonight is the second of four meetings between the two clubs.  Moose Jaw posted a 3-2 OT win on November 6th against the visiting Hitmen when Quinton Howden scored a powerplay goal 1:22 into the extra session.

FIRE POWER:  The Hitmen have scored a combined 32 goals in their last six games, an average of 5.3 per game. 

FORMER TEAM:  There are four former Warriors on the Hitmen roster: Collin Bowman, Danny Gayle, Brandon Glover and Joey Kornelsen.  Three former Hitmen are on the MJ roster:  Cody Beach, Justin Kirsch and Kenton Miller.

STREAKIN:  For Calgary, Alex Gogolev (5g 6a) and Danny Gayle (2g 6a) are both riding five game point streaks.  Trevor Cheek (2g 4a), Jimmy Bubnick (4g 5a), Cody Sylvester (3g 5a) and Spencer Humphries (2g 5a) all have points in four straight while Brady Brassart (1g 3a) is on a three game streak.  Brandon Glover has won his last four starts in goal.  For Moose Jaw, Andrew Johnson is on a three game point streak (3g 3a) while Justin Kirsch (1g 2a), Dylan Mcllrath (3a), Quinton Howden (1g 4a) and Kenton Miller (1g 1a) all have points in back-to-back games.
