Calgary 5 Prince Albert 2

Prince Albert, SK – The Calgary Hitmen scored four unanswered third period goals to erase a 2-1 deficit and post a 5-2 victory in Prince Albert Tuesday night.

Jimmy Bubnick led the scoring attack for the visitors picking up his first hat-trick of the season.

Calder Brooks, with his first goal in the Western Hockey League, and Cody Sylvester also scored for Calgary who opened a six game East Division road trip.

The Brooks goal triggered the Hitmen comeback.  With his team trailing 2-1 and killing a five minute major to Brady Brassart, the 17-year-old rookie struck shorthanded just 18 seconds into the third period.

Collin Bowman and Alex Roach chipped in a pair of assists for Calgary while goaltender Chris Driedger made 28 saves to record the win.

Calgary is now 6-6-0-1 on the season.

They return to action tomorrow night in Saskatoon to face the Blades in their first meeting of the season.
