The Calgary Hitmen (3-4-0-1) will look to extend their winning streak to three games tonight as they visit the Regina Pats (7-3-0-0). Calgary is coming off Tuesday's 7-1 win in Swift Current while the Pats last played Saturday dropping a 4-1 decision in Red Deer. The latest Canadian Hockey League Top 10 Rankings have Regina ranked seventh, up from eighth the week before.
VS REGINA: The two clubs met last Wednesday with the Pats posting a 4-3 shootout win at Scotiabank Saddledome. Regina erased a 3-1 third period deficit scoring twice in the final 2:50.
DOWN TO THE WIRE: Five of the last six meetings between the Hitmen and Pats have ended in either overtime or a shootout.
