The Western Hockey League has issued it's final judgement on Calgary Hitmen forward Pavel Padakin.
The 19-year-old import forward was given a five minute major for boarding and a game misconduct Friday night for a hit on Kootenay Ice defenceman Landon Peel.
Peel suffered a lower body injury in the collision and has yet to return to the Ice line-up missing games both Saturday and Sunday.
The WHL initially handed Padakin an immediate suspension, with the length to be determined.
The ruling is now in and Padakin will sit a total of three games, making him eligible to return to the Hitmen lineup Saturday night at home against Prince Albert.
