Calgary 5 Vancouver 4

The Calgary Hitmen took a 5-1 lead to the third period, then held on for a 5-4 win Saturday night at Pacific Coliseum in Vancouver.  The victory secured four of a possible six points in the BC road trip for Calgary.

Cody Sylvester, with his first career hat trick led the Hitmen scoring parade with four points (3g 1a) while Greg Chase and Alex Roach each had a pair of assists.

Josh Thrower also had a memorable night, scoring his first career Western Hockey League goal.  Calgary now gets a full five day rest before hosting Medicine Hat Friday night at 7pm.
