Calgary Hitmen Main Training Camp came to a close Wednesday as Team White beat Team Black 6-2 in the annual intra-squad game at Don Hartman North East Sportsplex.
Greg Chase had a goal and two assists, while goaltenders Brandon Glover and Mack Shields combined to make 37 saves helping lead Team White to victory.

It should be noted several veterans sat out Wednesday's game including; Justin Kirsch, Jaynen Rissling, Brooks Macek, Spencer Humphries, Mike Snider, Ben Wilson, Jimmy Bubnick and Cody Sylvester. Victor Rask and Chris Driedger (ankle) also watched from the stands. The Hitmen will now head to the practice rink Thursday for a pair of ice sessions at Flames Community Arenas (1 to 2pm and 2:15 to 3:15) in advance of their six game pre-season schedule which begins this weekend with a pair of games at the Edmonton pre-season tournament. Calgary plays Medicine Hat Sunday afternoon and the Prince George Cougars Monday morning.
