Calgary 4 Lethbridge 1

One night after dropping a home contest to Lethbridge, the Calgary Hitmen returned the favour beating the Hurricanes 4-1 Saturday night at Enmax Centre.

Graham Hood opened the scoring for Lethbridge but it was all Calgary from there.

Zane Jones, Brady Brassart, Jaynen Rissling and Greg Chase scored four unanswered goals for the Hitmen who got a pair of assists from Brooks Macek.

Calgary also hit three goal posts and a crossbar while improving their WHL best road record to 13-1-0-1.

The Hitmen remain third in the Eastern Conference, just a point back of the conference leading Edmonton Oil Kings. 

Calgary returns to action on New Year's Eve in Cranbrook against the Kootenay Ice who were 7-3 winners in Spokane on Saturday night.
