Calgary 4 Medicine Hat 1

Cody Sylvester scored twice and set up another as the Calgary Hitmen extended their winning streak to four games with a 4-1 win over the Medicine Hat Tigers Friday night at Scotiabank Saddledome.

The Eastern Conference leading Hitmen have now won eight of their last nine games.

Victor Rask, with his first goal since returning from the American Hockey League, and Pavlo Padakin also scored for Calgary who avenged and earlier 10-1 home ice loss to the Tigers.

The Hitmen (17-5-1-2) are now idle until Friday night when they welcome the MasterCard Memorial Cup host Saskatoon Blades.  Game time is 7:00pm. 

Then on Sunday, December 2nd its the annual Petro-Canada Teddy Bear Toss as Calgary welcomes Kootenay for a 2pm start.  Fans are asked to bring a stuff toyed to the game and toss it on the ice when the Hitmen score their first goal.  There's an unbelievable deal on this level seated for that game.  Adults $10 Kids $5.  Over 50 Southern Alberta Charities will share the teddy bears collected that day.
