The Calgary Hitmen Hockey Club will open the 2014 Western Hockey League pre-season on Friday, August 29 against the Regina Pats.
The Hitmen will play a total of six pre-season games against the Lethbridge Hurricanes (2), Kootenay Ice (1), Medicine Hat Tigers (1), Prince Albert Raiders (1) and Regina Pats (1).

The Hitmen will announce the 20th anniversary regular season schedule tomorrow, Wednesday, June 25, when the complete 2014-15 WHL schedule is released.
